Our host for our one week stay in Bangalore (Renamed Bengaluru on Nov. 1 2006)Daniel and Sumangala Madapur (Danny and Sumi) were the ultimate hosts. Danny is a very good friend of Jon and they were room mates and co-workers when Jon worked in Chennaia few years ago. It was Jon's first time meeting Sumi and my fisrt time meeting Danny and Sumi.
We were picked up after midnight and made it to their home in the wee hours of the morning of June 10th, where we had some hot home cooked food waiting for us. After a hearty meal and good time of chatting with Jon catching up with Danny and me getting to know both Dany and Sumi. It was the beginning of a hectic week for Jon as his exams began a day later but for me it was the start of an adventure of a lifetime and one that would open my eyes like never before.
Here is Danny with Jon and I am sory to say I do not have a picture of Sumi but I will get one and add it to this entry.
